This challenges you to know what you are about, personally and professionally, so you can deliver a clear and confident message to your next employer. Increasing your self-awareness is vital to ensure you have a clear focus on why you are looking to progress your career and how the role and company fit into your plan.

Employers typically look for people who want careers, not jobs. Without understanding the area you want your career to progress in can result in a poorly structured CV which may give the impression of someone looking for a job
rather than trying to build a career.

Comprehension of the following 4 points are critical;

- As this document is on email and MS Word, it must portray a mirror image of your achievements, skills, experience and what you can offer your next employer
- An employer will make his/her decision to bring you forward for an interview on the strength of your CV details.

Interview Skills

Knowing your CV and rehearsing your answers are going to be redundant unless you can deliver a confident interview. Our program provides you with 2 Interviews in a formal setting for a role that you want to apply for or have applied for.
These interviews combine specific interview questions for the role, standard interview questions, competency based and questions based on personality profile. The feedback is direct and delivered to improve your performance.
A second interview is also included to ensure that you have learned from your 1st interview and can refine answers to become more confident.
Delivery of an impressive interview demonstrates confidence and structure, both attributes which employers look for in potential employee.

Personal Business Plan
